We provide embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion and custom patch services. Pricing depends on design size, detail and the service you choose.
You confirm that you own the artwork you send, or have permission to use it. You are responsible for any claim that your artwork infringes someone else's rights.
We deliver finished files to the email address you provide. Turnaround times are estimates and depend on design complexity and our workload.
We fix mistakes on our side at no charge. Changes to the original design after approval may cost extra.
Machines, fabrics and thread differ, so results can vary on your equipment. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
